You shouldn't have to hope it fits.

The worst thing about ordering undies online from a brand you've never heard of is the wait, and then the size being wrong, and then not bothering with the return. We'd rather show you the tape measure than a conversion chart.

Sizes are the manufacturer's: M, L, XL, XXL and F — F is the one they list as XXXL. The chart is their waist measurements in centimetres. The stretch range is the waist a size covers when it's worn; the flat figure is the same waist measured unstretched, so a smaller flat sits firmer. It's a waist chart, not a hip chart, and it carries no Australian dress-size conversion.

Not sure about the fit?

Returns shouldn't be one more thing to think about. Check your waist against the size guide before you open the pack, and if the size still isn't right, unopened pairs can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery.

Faulty, damaged or the wrong item? We'll put it right with a replacement, repair or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, whether or not the packaging has been opened.
Wrong size for you? Exchange it for another size, or return it for a refund, within 30 days of delivery.

Our approach

If your undies are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll put it right in line with the Australian Consumer Law. If the size isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can exchange or return them within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're still unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive underwear

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept a standard return or exchange (size, fit or change of mind) when the underwear is:

  • unused, unworn and unwashed
  • unopened, in its original packaging
  • in resalable condition

This is our store's hygiene condition. It doesn't apply to items that are faulty or not as described.

Size and fit

Please check your waist measurement against the size guide before you open the pack. Once the packaging is opened, we can't take the pair back for a size exchange.

If the size isn't right and the pair meets the hygiene conditions above, we'll swap it for another size (subject to stock) or refund the item price to your original payment method. If the size you need isn't available, you can choose a refund. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Wrong item or wrong size sent

If we sent a different item, colour or size from the one you ordered, that's our mistake and the hygiene condition doesn't apply. Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll send the correct item or refund you, whichever you prefer. Please don't wear or wash it, and wait for our instructions before sending it back.

Faulty or defective items

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If your undies are faulty, unsafe, don't match their description or aren't of acceptable quality, you're entitled to a remedy whether or not the packaging has been opened. For a major problem, you can choose a refund or a replacement. For a minor problem, we'll fix it by repair, replacement or refund.

These rights aren't limited to the 30-day window. Contact us as soon as you notice the problem. Choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, normal wear and tear, and damage from not following the care label aren't faults.

Change-of-mind returns

A business doesn't have to accept change-of-mind returns, but we do, within 30 days of delivery, when the underwear meets every hygiene condition above. Change-of-mind refunds cover the item price and go back to your original payment method.

How to request a return or exchange

1. Contact us with your order number, the item and size, and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. For a fault or a wrong item, please add a photo.

2. Wait for our reply before sending anything. We'll confirm whether the return is eligible and tell you where and how to send it.

3. Send the item back as instructed. For standard returns and exchanges, keep the pair sealed in its original packaging. A tracked postage service is recommended.

4. We check the item when it arrives and let you know the outcome.

Refund processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, unless we agree on something else with you. For faulty items, we won't make you accept store credit instead of a refund you're entitled to. Once we've processed a refund, how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. The 30-day window and hygiene conditions apply only to our voluntary size, fit and change-of-mind returns and exchanges.

Questions, in the order you'd ask them

Measure your waist in centimetres, over your undies and level with the floor, then find that number in the size guide. Each size lists a stretch range — the waist it covers when it's worn — and a flat measurement, which is the same waist unstretched. The ranges overlap, so more than one size may cover you; the smaller flat figure sits firmer. Sizes are M, L, XL, XXL and F, and F is the one the manufacturer lists as XXXL.

That happens often, because the manufacturer's ranges overlap by design. There is no size-up or size-down rule in their chart, so we're not going to invent one. Compare the two ranges in the size guide and use the flat figure as the tiebreaker: a smaller flat sits firmer, a larger one sits looser.

Over-bump. The panel rises to cover the whole bump, which you can see in every photograph on this page. If you prefer undies that sit below the bump, this is not the pair for you and we would rather tell you now.

The belly panel is knitted open, which you can see in the detail crops. We are not publishing breathability figures, cooling claims or lab results, because we do not have any. Judge the knit from the photographs.
